Started in 2005, Clickable Bliss is a small company focused on building well designed applications for Mac OS X as well as the web. Our current flagship product is ProfitTrain, a Mac OS X application that helps freelancers and small businesses invoice clients.

The main developer behind Clickable Bliss is Michael Zornek (@zorn) who currently works out of the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Refund Policy

Clickable Bliss offers a 30 day refund guarantee on all of our products. If you are in any way unsatisfied with any of our products which you purchased directly from us (such as our online store) you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.

In order to receive your refund, please contact us via our contact form or email support@clickablebliss.com. Please provide as much as possible of the following information: order number, name of purchaser, date of purchase, license key and method of payment.

Note: While we can issue refunds, they do cost real money and time. Please try our software using the demo modes before purchasing.

Software Licenses

Our products are usually licensed for a given number of computers or users, whichever is lower. For instance, one person with both a laptop and a desktop computer (or, say, a home machine and an office machine) can legally install and use a single license on both computers, though not at the same time. Similarly, a home computer shared by three family members needs only a single license of the software.

However, the licenses are not "floating" licenses. For instance, a business with twenty users needing to use the software across twenty computers needs to purchase twenty software licenses, even if no more than ten users are ever to use the software simultaneously. While the software does not currently enforce this restriction, this is the intent of the license, and the understanding under which the licenses are sold.

Privacy & Security Information

In order to purchase from our online store, you must provide us with various personal information, such as name and credit card number. We do not give or sell that information to anyone. We don't store the credit card number after processing the transaction, so even if someone broke into our system after the fact they would not be able to access your credit card number.

We won't sell or give your email address to anyone. You can optionally opt-in to our monthly-ish newsletter during checkout as well as other areas of the site. If you ever need to unsubscribe you can use the link at the bottom of the email or contact us.
